O fate, go move the raincloud!
Please the cataka birds!
Make the peacocks cry “keka”!
Make the ketaki flowers bloom!
When a lover separated from
his beloved faints and loses
consciousness, that drives away
the pain. O merciless fate, why
do you again afflict him with
the disease of consciousness?
